Have been going here for sometime but several weeks ago got sick on the chicken bacon wrap. The lettuce and the chipotle mayo did not taste right. I should've sent it back. That's the only bad experience I've ever had there. Generally it's reliable, and reasonably priced.

Cafesano is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh and delicious! You order at the register and they bring the food to your table, so you don't need to leave a full 20% tip like a full service restaurant. If you get a fountain drink, you could go up to the soda machine and get as many refills as you would like. I've had many different items from the menu. The pizza, wraps, paninis, and salads are all great. Signature salad is always fresh and quite large. If you get the gluten free crust for the pizza, it is crispy, just the way I like it. They have a large number of gluten free options which is nice. Cafesano is a must if you are in the Sterling/Ashburn/Reston area!

This is a great place for people who like healthier food but also having options of what to decide on. They have pizza, pasta, kabobs, salads, sandwiches, paninis, and more! My girlfriend and I have ordered so many things from here. On our most recent trip we each ordered a salad with a kabob and we split a margherita pizza. Pizza is my favorite food so when I say it's good, I mean it. I'd definitely order it again. I also had the arugula salad with a steak kabob and I thought it was a great pairing. My girlfriend ordered the signature with a shrimp kabob I believe. The service here is always good. You order at the counter and they bring it out when it's ready so there's not much interaction with the staff. But they're all kind and helpful so that's a plus. They usually have food out within about 10 minutes or so. The ambiance is pretty open and casual. There's a lot of seating including tables for parties larger than 6. It feels pretty modern as well so it adds to the atmosphere. This used to be a spot we went to all the time after the gym. But it's nice to know it's still up to par.

Me loveeeee Cafesano! Ive been getting food from here for a few years now. You literally can't go wrong with any of the food options. Everything is amazingggg. This is the a classier looking spot, but not too fancy that you can't dress casual. The service is good, they don't take your order at the table. They take your food order at the register. My favorites: Chicken Alfredo 9/10 Steak/chicken kabob 9/10 Margherita pizza 10/10 (thin style) Panini 9/10 Shawarma 9/10 Side note: sign up for the rewards program and you can get discounts and free food

A solid choice both for take out and dining in. A very casual place that specializes in Italian and Mediterranean.

Food is fantastic and the seats are very comfortable. There is also a very large selection on their menu to be prepared to take a few minutes and explore. You cannot go wrong for any of the items - everything tastes great! My only grievance - and this may sound petty - is that you walk in, stand in line, order at the register, and pay at the register and this is where you are presented with the opportunity to tip the staff. I consider myself to be a great tipper but the only thing the staff does is bring your food out to you. They do not come by and provide you refills on drinks. They do not come by to check to see if the food is good. They do not come back. Then you are supposed to clean your table prior to leaving. Why would I leave a tip for that? I'm doing 90% of the work. I'm filing that under the "not cool" category. But remember, the food is FREAKIN' GREAT!

Really spacious establishment where you order at the counter. They gave me a pager, but since I was the only one there, they brought my food to my table without activating the pager. You bus your own table when finished. This place would be great for large groups. I ordered the chicken kabob plate. The chicken looked like it was steamed or pan fried looking at the texture, not grilled like most kabobs. It was still very tasty and tender. Served with a tzatziki sauce, rice, salad, and pita. I asked if they had a spicy green sauce, but they did not. They have a self-serve variety of bottled hot sauces for you to choose from in front of the bar area. Sodas and lemonade are also self-serve, hidden around the back left corner of the kitchen.

I have dined here a few times with my family and have enjoyed our time. We always get the same thing, the chicken pasta alfredo and a side of french fries. This place can definitely accommodate a big or small group. You can either dine in or do a take out order.

Cafesano is a cute, low-key spot for good Mediterranean-style food. The hummus is especially delicious. I also like the wraps and Greek salad, which has lots of feta cheese. Takeout is so easy--order and you can pick it up pretty fast. I've also diner in a few times and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Cafesano is tucked in a humble strip mall and definitely exceeded my expectations.
